BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 10th day of June, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more fully described as follows:
Lot Eight (8) of Charles Park Addition to the City of Alexandria, and being more fully shown on official plat of survey recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 101-102, of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. Being the same property acquired by Charles F. Roshto, et ux, pursuant to Deed dated May 27, 1964, recorded May 28, 1964, in Conveyance Book 624, Page 709, Entry No. 498033; Further, being acquired by Charles E. Roshto, Barbara Ann Roshto Broussard, Cathy D. Roshto Chauffpied and Robert E. Roshto Trust, pursuant to Judgment of Possession of Mary Lee Ducote Roshto, recorded October 8, 2003, in Conveyance Book 1675, page 62, Entry No. 122989; and by Barbara Ann Roshto Broussard, Cathy D. Roshto Chauffpied and Barbara Ann Roshto Broussard as trustee of the Robert E. Roshto Trust, Judgment of Possession of Charles E. Roshto, recorded May 16, 2011, in Conveyance Book 1887, page 566, Entry No. 1449687; all of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
