BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 10th day of June, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel, or tract of ground, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways, and privileges thereto appertaining, being, lying, and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being the easterly portion of Lot 4 of MacLee Plaza Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Folio 120, said portion fronting 60 feet on MacLee Drive and having a depth on the eastern sideline of 201.1 feet, and a depth on the westerly sideline of 201.20 feet, and and having a width in the rear of 670 feet; being the same property outlined in heavy blue lines reflected on survey dated 27 June 1978, prepared by Larry J. Daigre & Associates.
