SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE      WHEREAS, on the June 2, 2017, Robert H Pell and Ashley R Pell, executed a Deed of Trust to Olen C Bryant, Jr., Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Liberty Bank and Trust Co.
