MSDH Request for Proposals (RFP)   Comprehensive State Health Plan   RFx 3180002944   The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) will accept submissions for Request for Proposals, Comprehensive State Health Plan until 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, June 4, 2026, from interested proposers to provide professional services in the development and implementation of a multi-year, comprehensive published State Health Plan.
