That said decedent, Kathryn Joann Robinson, died on March 21, 2026. That the legal description of the real property listed in the aforesaid Affidavit is as follows: Lot 199-A and 199-B, Village Harbor, Phase IV, an addition to the City of Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas.
