Any unknown heirs, representatives, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, husbands, wives, receives, lessees, successors, assigns, guardians, trustees, widows, widowers, spouses, children, creditors, beneficiaries, grantees of each and all of the above-named defendants, and all other persons claiming an interest in the real estate described in this summons, all of whom are unknown to the plaintiff.
You have been sued by the person(s) named "plaintiff" in the court stated above.
The nature of the suit against you is stated in the complaint filed in the case referenced in this summons. It also states the demand which the plaintiff has made against you.
Plaintiff is foreclosure on a Mortgage it holds against the subject property located at 810 N Crown St., Muncie, IN 47304 in Delaware County, Indiana and more commonly described as follows:
Lot numbered Sixty-Seven (67) in Westacres, an addition to the City of Muncie, Indiana.
You must answer the complaint in writing filed with the Court, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the last notice of action is published, or judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff demanded.
