NOTIFICATION OF BLASTING SCHEDULE   This is notification that Springbrook Enterprises, Inc. – Blooming Grove Site, permit no. 52060301, will be conducting blasting at their location in Lords Valley. The blasting, or detonation of explosives, could take place during normal business hours which are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Possible emergency situations that might prevent blasting at these scheduled times are weather conditions such as rain, lightning or other atmospheric conditions. Equipment failure, operator or public safety may require unscheduled detonations. During such times Springbrook Enterprises will do its utmost to keep any blasting within the parameters of no earlier than sunup and no later than sundown. The methods used to control access to the blasting area will be signs placed outside the area to keep everyone out and turn 2-way radios off. Guards will be at all roadways leading to the blasting area to stop traffic within a safe distance until the blast is complete. Audible horns will be used as blasting signals. Two long horn blows for a 2 minute prior to blast warning, one long horn blow for a 1 minute prior to blast warning and then one long horn blow for all clear.
