NOTICE OF APPLICATION
EOG Resources, Inc. (“EOG”), a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware with an address of 8111 Smith’s Mill Road, New Albany, OH 43054, hereby gives Notice pursuant to ORC 1509.28 that EOG has filed an application with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management (“Division”) requesting an order from the Chief to allow for unit operation (“Unitization”) of certain contiguous properties in Washington Township, Guernsey County, Freeport Township, Harrison County, and Perry Township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio to form a drilling unit to be known as Pearley TPR C Unit.
Tuscarawas County records show the following parties may have an interest in the minerals of the listed parcels:
