Innovations Financial Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Allyson Kate Kelley, Bay County Board of County Commissioners, John Doe #1, an unknown tenant in possession and John Doe #2, an unknown tenant in possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.bay.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. CST on June 15, 2026, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
