SHERIFF’S SALE
BY VIRTUE OF a certain Writ of Execution, issued out of the SUPREME COURT, COUNTY of BROOME, and to me directed and delivered, I have levied upon and taken which I shall expose for sale as the law directs at the main entrance of the Broome County Public Safety Building, 155 Lt. VanWinkle Drive, Binghamton, New York, on the 9th day of July, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon of that day- all the right, title, and interest which Endicott Properties, LLC had on the 5th day of May 2026 or at any time thereafter of, in, and to the following property, to wit:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARECEL OF LAND, situated in the City of Binghamton, County of Broome and the State of New York, on the north side of Stone Street and known as Lot number 7 “Stone and Griswold’s Location”
For a more particular description, reference is had to a map of said location recorded in Broome County Clerk’s Office in Liber86 of Deeds page 400.
Said lot is on the north side of Stone Street and is Forty-one (41) feet wide, front and rear, and one hundred Twenty (120) feet deep.
BEING and intending to be the same premises conveyed by CSE Realty Inc. to Endicott Properties LLC by Deed dated April 25, 2013 and recorded May 2, 2013 in the office of the Clerk of Broome County, New York, in Book 02401 Page 0262.
SAID Premises Known as: 11 Stone Street, Binghamton, New York 13903
Section: 160.73, Block 1, Lot 34
Sale is subject to all lawful liens.
Terms of the sale are strictly cash or bank check; 10% payable at time of sale and remainder by 4PM of sale date.
The Sheriff reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
