Adelanto Elementary School District NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Adelanto Elementary School District Hereby Gives Notice that a Public Hearing will be held as follows:   NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ADELANTO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT APPROVING THE STATUTORY SCHOOL FEES IMPOSED ON NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO EDUCATION CODE SECTION 17620 AND GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65995 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board (the “Board”) of the Adelanto Elementary School District (the “District”) at its meeting on May 26, 2026, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its report entitled, “School Facility Fee Justification Report” (the “Report”) and consider adopting a Resolution of the District to Adopt Statutory School Fees Imposed on New Residential and Commercial/Industrial Construction Pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995.
