ALBAN A/K/A SUSAN JEANETTE ALBAN, VOLUSIA COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1 n/k/a Matthew Hines, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 23, 2026, in Case No.: 2025 23275 CODL in the County Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit In and For Volusia County, Florida, in which SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and the UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES OR OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LOUIS S. ALBAN A/K/A LOUIS SHANNON ALBAN, SR, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale the following described real property located in Volusia County:
Lots 77 through 80, Map of 2nd Addition to Glenwood Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 63, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on July 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder online at www.volusia.realforeclose.com on the prescribed date, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
