PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Per Zoning Bylaw § 3.2, Table of Use Regulations, Lines D.3a/3b and E.5 and §10.5, the Board will hold a remote only public hearing (see agenda for access details) May 26, 2026 at 7:15 PM on the petition of Bruwin Realty, LLC for special permits to allow the redevelopment of two buildings for restaurant, fast food, and bank uses, including drive through lanes at 945 Main St. and 1 Salisbury St. (Parcel IDs 160-77, 78, and 108). The applicant also seeks the following zoning relief per Bylaw § 10.6, § 6.1 and § 6.2.12 for site plan review to modify a parking facility with more than 5 spaces, special permits from the Off Street Parking, Loading, and Landscaping requirements, and to allow a standing sign to be located closer to a lot line than otherwise allowed.
