PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Per Zoning Bylaw § 3.2, Table of Use Regulations, Line D.16, §§ 7.2 and 10.5, the Board will hold a remote only public hearing (see agenda for access details) May 26, 2026 at 7:45 PM on the petition of applicant GoVenture Capital Group, LLC (owner: Sunnyside Marketing and Sales) for a special permit to allow a mixed use commercial residential Flexible Business Development Project at 0 Main St. (Parcel ID 160-96). The applicant also seeks the following zoning relief per Bylaw § 7.2.4.5 to modify various dimensional standards, § 7.2.5 to modify lot requirements, § 7.2.6 to modify design standards, § 7.2.7 to modify contiguous open space standards, and § 6.1 to modify various Off Street Parking, Loading, and Landscaping requirements.
