THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF PLAINFIELD REQUESTS PROPOSALS FOR LAWN CARE AND MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES   The Housing Authority of Plainfield is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed contractors who have registered with the State of New Jersy with a minimum of five (5) years of work experience to assist the Authority to render services for the lawn care and landscaping work from May to December of 2026 at Joanne Hollis Gardens and Richmond Towers. The scope of services is outlined in the application package which is to be completed by contractors.   The annual services shall not exceed $50,000 per year. Interested companies shall submit license, current certificate of insurance with workers compensation and three work-related references to be included in the proposal package.   One original and two copies of the proposals are required to be delivered to the Administration Office located at 510 East Front Street, Plainfield, New Jersey on or before 11:00 a.m., MAY 20„ 2026.
