NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING and WRITTEN INPUT PROCESS   The Colonial Board of Education will hold a public meeting for the purpose of considering a waiver of the provision of the following section of Title 14 of the Delaware Code -14 Del.C., §1726- for all district schools.   1. 14 Del.C., §1726 requires a school district to allocate funding received in the Annual Appropriations Act to schools such that not less than 98% of funding received under this section that is generated by a school’s low income and English learner population calculation is allocated to that school.   The Board may waive this provision following public notice, public input, and a Board meeting, and, as to 14 Del.C., §1726, if the Board does the foregoing before submission of an expenditure plan to the Department of Education for review no later than the second Friday of July.   A public meeting of the Colonial Board of Education will be held on June 9, 2026, for the purpose of considering the matter of a waiver for the above provision and other regular business of the Board.
