ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CDBG #23DB-N31 TOWN OF ASTATULA, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Astatula (OWNER), Lake County, Florida, will be accepting sealed Bids in triplicate, which will be received at 2:00 p.m. local time, or as soon thereafter as possible, June 23, 2026 at the Town Hall, 25009 County Road 561, Astatula, Florida 43705 for the following: ASTATULA WTP IMPROVEMENTS The Work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as called for in the Contract Documents. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Base Bid: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, tools, and incidental items or services to install the following Parts: 250,000-gallon pre-stressed concrete ground storage tank with foundation, piping and appurtenances,High service pump building with four (4) high service pumps with instrumentation and electrical controls, and 10,000-gallon painted steel hydropneumatic tank with yard piping consisting of approximately 254 LF of 12" diameter DR 25 PVC Pipe, 1,154 LF of 10" diameter DR 25 PVC Pipe, 32LF of 8" diameter DR 25 PVC pipe, valves, fittings, fasteners, and appurtenances as shown on the drawings and specified herein to provide a complete installation ready for operation by the Owner. The Owner will evaluate the bids and the award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the Parts selected by the Owner. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Licensing Board.
