Baker and Victoria Baker dated November 12, 1996, recorded on November 12, 1996 in Book 4575, Page 0692 of the Cumberland County Public Registry ("Deed of Trust"), conveying certain real property in Cumberland County to Loan Guaranty Officer, M.D. Parker, Trustee, for the benefit of The Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
