Terms of sale: First Sale- To be sold at https://franklin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov and to be sold subject to the mortgage $324,396.04 of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Union Savings Bank shall be for not less than two thirds (2/3) of the difference between the value of the real estate, as appraised, and the amount remaining on the mortgage of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Union Savings Bank.
