Nuisance Abatement Municipal Court Franklin County, Ohio Case No. 2025 EVH 60177 — City of Columbus, Ohio, Plaintiff vs. Real Property 1015 Howard Street, et al., Defendants Joel Anderson, Deceased, whose last known address is 1753 East 26" Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43219 and Heirs or Devisees of Joel Anderson, Decedent, whose last known address is 1753 East 26" Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43219 but whose current addresses are unknown, are hereby notified that a complaint was filed in the Franklin County Municipal Court, 375 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Joel Anderson, Deceased, and Heirs or Devisees of Joel Anderson, Decedent, are the owners of the premises known as 1015 Howard Street, Columbus, Ohio 43201, parcel number 010-013865-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 1015 Howard Street, Columbus, Ohio 43201 be declared a public nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or title fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitled. Defendants are further notified that a Status Conference has been scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Franklin County Municipal Court, Environmental Division, Courtroom 15A, 375 S.
