By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C01-2509-MF-002581 wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, was Plaintiff, and MOLLIE MULLINS was the defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of June, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, in Monroe County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
