NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS The Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. concerning the following requests: SPECIAL EXCEPTION # SE-26-0001: Request to permit a vehicle impound facility within a B-1 (General Business) Zoning District, pursuant to Prince George County Zoning Ordinance Section 90-393(36). The subject property is approximately 10.318 acres in size, located at 9300 Old Stage Rd., and is identified as Tax Map 250(07)00-001-0. The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Residential uses. SPECIAL EXCEPTION # SE-26-0002: Request to permit an animal boarding place within a Residential Agricultural (R-A) Zoning District, pursuant to Prince George County Zoning Ordinance Section 90-103(23). The purpose of the request is to allow a small capacity, boutique dog boarding facility in an accessory building. The subject property is approximately 14 acres in size, located at 6209 Hair Rd, Disputanta, VA 23842, and is identified as Tax Map 530(08)00-015-0. The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Agriculture uses. The public hearings will be held in the Board Room, third floor, County Administration Building, 6602 Courts Drive, Prince George, Virginia 23875.
