The premises described in the mortgage will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on June 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in a mortgage by Michael J. Cruz and Antonio Cruz dated August 23, 2019 and recorded with the City of Woonsocket Land Evidence Records at Book 2463, Page 240, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
TERMS OF SALE:
A deposit of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00 CENTS ($5,000.00) in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer’s check, or money order will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered.
