BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 12/19/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 6/17/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
2016 Clayton (CLAY) mobile home bearing serial number CS2019672TNA and CS2019672TNB, immobilized onto and including the following described property:
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, being designated as Lot Twenty-Four (24), of Caillou Grove Estates, according to a plan of subdivision prepared by Chares L. McDonald, Land Surveyor, Inc., entitled "ADDENDUM NO. 3 TO CAILLOU GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN SECTION 11, T18S-R17E, TERREBONNE PARISH, LOUISIANA" dated May 15, 2003 and according to which map said Lot 24 measures a distance in the front or Easterly of 118.12 feet, by depth of 162.00 feet on its Northerly lot line, by depth of 124.1 feet on its southerly lot line, with a width across its rear or Westerly of 125.8, said lot being bounded as follows: front or Easterly by State Highway 57, rear or Westerly by Bayou Grand Calliou, on its Northerly side by lot 25, and on its Southerly side by Lot 23, all of Addendum No. 3 to Calliou Grove Estates Subdivision, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
