NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 7, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Fair Haven formally adopted a Resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its April 16, 2026 meeting, granting to Alexandra R. Rieger and Lewis J. Gaskin, II variance approval to permit the demolition of the existing detached garage and the construction of a new detached garage, with "c" bulk variance relief for accessory building height and location of accessory building (garage) in front yard, and for pre-existing non-conformities (unchanged) for front yard setback (principal structure) and building height (principal structure), on the premises known as Lot 23, Block 27 as shown on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Fair Haven and located at 108 Battin Road, Fair Haven, New Jersey, in the R-10A zoning district.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution is on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Borough Hall Municipal Building, 748 River Road, Fair Haven, New Jersey, and may be inspected during regular business hours.
