Public notice is hereby given that the Bloomington Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will hold their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 8:30 am in the Lindsey A. At this meeting, The Bloomington Housing Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. with respect to the issuance by the Authority of its Housing Revenue Bonds, in one or more series or sub-series, with a maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $[100,000,000] Million Dollars ($100,000,000), to be issued pursuant to Section 103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") and IC 36-7-18 et seq., the proceeds of which may be used to acquire, construct, renovate, fund capital improvements, working capital and certain necessary reserve funds for a housing project for persons and families of low income within the meaning of IC 36-3-18-3. The project locations may be at the following addresses: 1000 S. Basswood Circle, 3200 E. Longview Drive, 1440 N. Woodburn Avenue, 701 E. Summit View Place, 3111 S. Leonard Springs Road. The public is invited to submit written comments to the Executive Director of the Authority at 1007 N. Summit Street, Bloomington, Indiana 47404 or admin@blha.net on or before 5:00 p.m., May 25, 2026, or provide comments at the time of the public hearing.
