NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Commercial Oil Service, Inc., whose address(es) are unknown, have been named as Defendants in a legal action entitled Kimberley Foreman, Treasurer of Sandusky County vs Commercial Oil Service, Inc., et al. This action has been assigned case number 26 CV 254 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Sandusky County, 100 North Park Avenue, Fremont, Ohio 43420. The object of the complaint is to foreclose on the lien of the Treasurer of Sandusky County, Ohio for the amount of Taxes delinquent and unpaid in the amount of $59,933.19 against the parcel of real property commonly known as permanent parcel number 13-28-00-0003-00. The prayer of the complaint is to find said amount to be a first and best lien, to forever bar all defendants unless they set up their respective claims, for costs, to marshal all liens, to sell or transfer without sale the described real property according to law, to apply the proceeds, if any, according to the respective priorities and for such other and further relief. Defendants are required to file an Answer to the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days, or file a petition within fourteen (14) days after the last publication of this Notice. This notice will be published one time per week for three consecutive weeks. The last publication will be made on May 27, 2026.
