TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIR AT LAW OF TIMOTHY M. STOVALL, DECEASED, that FIFTH THIRD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIFTH THIRD BANK, N.A. (SOUTHERN INDIANA) the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Nicholas K. Rohner, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court its Complaint against the above-named Defendant, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, The Unknown Heir at Law of Timothy M. Stovall, deceased, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Vanderburgh County, State of Indiana, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE STATE OF INDIANA, COUNTY OF VANDERBURGH,
CITY OF EVANSVILLE,CITY OF EVANSVILLE, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
PART OF LOT THIRTEEN (13) IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN RONWOOD, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF EVANSVILLE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H, PAGES 53 AND 54 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF VANDERBURGH COUNTY, INDIANA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT THIRTEEN (13) AT THE INTERSECTION OF MORTON AND KECK
AVENUES; RUNNING THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF THIRTY-THREE AND SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS (33.75) FEET; THENCE NORTH TO THE SOUTH ALLEY LINE; THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF THIRTY-FIVE AND FOUR TENTHS (35.4) FEET AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF MORTON AVENUE TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless he/she appears and answers or otherwise defends thereto within thirty (30) days after the notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against him/her for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
