Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 3938 Central Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46205-2631 and described as follows:
LOT 5 IN HILTON, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 157, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF MARION COUNTY, INDIANA.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): Cavalry SPV I, LLC and The Unknown Occupant
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Carolyn J. Haygood, Deceased
