NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CALLEGUAS MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT The Calleguas Municipal Water District Board of Directors will consider an Annual Adjustment to the District’s Water Rates and Fees. The proposed rates are as follows. Potable Water: • Tier 1: $2,118 per acre foot (AF) • Capacity Charge: $61,709 per cubic foot per second (cfs) • Readiness to Serve Charge: $12,181,260 allocated amongst all customers • Temporary Water Rate: $9.72 per hundred cubic feet • Wheeling: $35.91 per AF Discharge into the Salinity Management Pipeline: • Brine Discharge within the District : $837.20 • Non Brine Discharge within the District: $67.10 • Brine Discharge outside the District: $1,256.00 • Non-Brine Discharge outside the District: $100.50 Annexation Fee: $4,603 per acre All proposed rates and fees would become effective January 1, 2027. A draft of the Annual Adjustment to the District’s Water Rates and Fees is available for public review at the District’s headquarters located as noted below. A Public Hearing will be held on July 1, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., during the District’s regularly scheduled Board meeting at the District’s headquarters located at 2100 Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks, California 91360. The public is invited to attend this hearing and encouraged to comment on this matter at that time. Written comments will be considered if delivered to the address above prior to the opening of the Public Hearing.
