Invitation to Bid MSBA Accelerated Repair Partial Roof Replacement   The NARRAGANSETT REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Narragansett Middle & Regional High School MSBA Accelerated Repair Partial Roof Replacement at Narragansett Middle School & Narragansett Regional High School in Baldwinville, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by NEXT PHASE STUDIOS.   The Project consists of but not limited to:   Removal and replacement of selective areas of EPDM and metal roofing assembly and associated insulation, air and vapor barrier, roof deck, flashing, masonry, expansion joints, blocking, accessories, roof drains, vents, mechanical equipment and curbs, and associated electrical work as noted or indicated in the Contract Documents.   Structural reinforcement, ACT ceiling replacement, and conduit for solar readiness. The Work includes selective interior and exterior demolition and patching as required to complete the above work, whether or not indicated on the Drawings.   All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 05/26/2026 at 4:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 05/26/2026 at 4:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.   General Bids will be received until 09 June 2026 at 4:00PM EDT and publicly opened online, forthwith.
