APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.95040 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 10th day of February 2026 David Holmgren of Luning, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.022 c.f.s., 15.93 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Vested Right V11781. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 8, T11N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of Section 12, T11N, R33E, MDB&M bears N 81 degrees 27 minutes 50.6 seconds W, a distance of 9,853 feet (approx. 13.5 miles SW of Gabbs, NV). Water will be used for stockwater purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 33, T12N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 31, T12N, R34E, MDB&M bears N 69 degrees 32 minutes 59 seconds W, a distance of 11,844 feet.
