NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Rezoning for Coventry Court, 6800 North Port Washington Road   City of Glendale Planning and Architectural Review Commission will hold a Public Hearing at Glendale City Hall, 5909 North Milwaukee River Parkway, at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in the Common Council Chambers, to consider a proposed rezoning for 6800 North Port Washington Road, Tax Key Number 1281144000, to rezone that property as a new Planned Development. The proposed rezoning is to update the property under a new planned development to allow for new uses on the property which the original planned development agreement did not. Due to the substantial changes of the agreement, it is being proposed as an entirely new planned development agreement. Copies of the proposed rezoning are available for review at Glendale City Hall.
