CITY OF CUDAHY NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Please take note that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Cudahy on Thursday, June 4th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Cudahy City Hall, 5050 S. Lake Drive, Cudahy, WI at which time the Board of Zoning Appeals will receive public comments regarding a request for review of the variance by the building inspector at 3675 E. Whittaker Ave, tax key number 589-0078-000. The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 44-907(2). No fencing shall be constructed beyond the front of any building or in the street yard. Zoning of property: RS-2 Single Family Residential District.
All interested parties are invited to attend. Copies of the proposed ordinance are generally available for review at City Hall between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The documents are also available on the City’s website:
