Well 7 and 7A Extension
Notice is hereby given that the City of Avondale is accepting sealed bids electronically to secure a qualified Vendor(s) to provide the City with Well 7 and 7A Extension (the “Services”) as more particularly described in the solicitation.
Bids must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Phoenix Local Time) on June 17th, 2026 and must be submitted online through OpenGov, only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids through the OpenGov Website address: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/avondaleaz. Bids will only be accepted online in a pdf format. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Teams Meeting, June 1, 2026 at 1:00 PM. All questions must be in writing and submitted through OpenGov no later than June 9th, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
Invitation for Bids Packets will be available online after Wednesday, May 13th, 2026 for download at www.avondaleaz.gov/procurement or https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/avondaleaz. The City of Avondale will endeavor to ensure every way possible that disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) shall have every opportunity to participate in providing materials/services without being discriminated against on grounds of race, religion, sex, age, or natural origin. DBE businesses are encouraged to submit on this solicitation.
