NOTICE OF DECISION
On May 11, 2026, the Township of Green Brook Land Use Board (the "Board") adopted a Resolution granting applicant Gianluca Pirozzi Bulk "c" variance relief, with Conditions to allow for the conversion of the attic into occupiable living space requiring relief from Section 601.3 of the Green Brook Township's zoning ordinances' height requirements by creating a three-story structure where only 2.5 stories are permitted, for the property located at 122 Top of the World Way, Green Brook, New Jersey, identified as Block 108.03, Lot 2 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Green Brook (the "Property").
