LEGAL NOTICE The Ames City Council shall hold a public hearing on a proposed contract sale to Keystone Equity Group, L.L.C. six lots legally described as Lots 9, 13, 14, 16, 23, and 26 in Baker Subdivision, Ames, Iowa (also known as 312 S. Wilmoth, 232 S. Wilmoth, 3249 Latimer Lane, 3241 Latimer Lane, 3213 Latimer Lane, and 3201 Latimer Lane), in the aggregate amount of $331,325 (Lot 9-$55,000; Lot 13-$52,000; Lot 14-$56,000; Lot 16-$55,000; Lot 23-$53,500 and Lot 26-$59,825) in conjunction with the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). The hearing will be held in conjunction with the Ames City Council meeting scheduled for May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor at 515 Clark Avenue.
