COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, LICKING COUNTY, OHIO:
Pursuant to an Order of Sale issued directed to me by the Court in the above-captioned action, I will offer the following real property for sale at public auction on licking.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on 5-28-26, at 10:30 a.m. If the property remains unsold following the initial auction, it will be offered for sale at auction on again 6-11-26, at the same time and location.
A copy of the complete legal description is on file with and can be found in the Licking County Recorder's Office in the prior instrument reference listed below after the terms of sale.
Short Legal Description: Being Lot Number Sixty-Seven (67) in the Marion Manor Addition to the City of Newark, Ohio as shown on upon the plat of said addition, recorded in Volume 6, page 123 of the Plat Records of Licking County, Ohio.
Terms of Sale: The property shall not be sold for less than two-thirds of its appraised value. If the Judgment Creditor is the successful purchaser, no deposit is required. All third-party purchasers shall make any required deposit(s) in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 2329.211.
Terms of Second Sale: At the second auction, the property shall be sold without regard to the minimum bid requiremet, subject to payment of taxes and court costs. Deposit requirements shall be the same as for the first auction.
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 2329.21, the purchaser shall be responsible for any costs, allow-ances, and taxes that are not fully satisfied by the proceeds of the sale.
