South Eastern School District 2026-2027 PROPANE BID The South Eastern School District, 377 Main Street, Fawn Grove, PA 17321 is seeking bids for approximately Three hundred thirty thousand (330,000) gallons of liquid propane for July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. A pre-bid facility tour is optional and can be arranged by contacting Brian McCleary (717) 654-0382. Bids will be received until Noon on Monday, June 1, 2026. Bids will be opened at 1:30PM. The District is requesting a firm and fixed per gallon price. The supplier guarantees the liquid propane being supplied will meet or exceed the ASTM Specifications for Liquefied Petroleum (LP), the latest version. Quoted price must be exclusive of all taxes. The supplier shall issue the district (2) 1,000-gallon tanks to be used at the administration building for the duration of the propane contract. THE DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.
