The Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals on the Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing in the Great Hall, Town Hall, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the petition of Sheridan Home Builders requesting a Special Permit in order to raze and rebuild structure to 29' x 60' building with 1,000 S.F. of office space and (4) one-bedroom units. Applicant must seek relief from 203-9 C for expansion or alteration of Pre-Existing Non-Conforming Use and Structure, 203-7 to waive required driveway separation on abutting lots, 203-7 D to waive required setback screening from a street layout line on the property of 783 STATE RD; shown as Parcel 048-000-005A-000 of the Assessors Maps dated January 1, 2024, in a R25 Zone.
