The Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing via Zoom and in the Nashaway Meeting Room, Lancaster Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Prescott Building, 701 Main Street, Lancaster MA, on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A petition by Patrick Byrne of 42 Seven Bridge Road, Lancaster, MA 01523 (owner and applicant), for the following:
A request for a Variance relief from the Town of Lancaster’s Zoning Bylaw §220-11.A(1) to construct a garage within the front yard setback and from§220-11.C(2) to construct the proposed garage in the front yard.
The proposed site is located at 38 Seven Bridge Road, Lancaster MA 01523, is zoned in a district identified in the Town of Lancaster Bylaw as Residential and is identified by the Town Assessor as Map 30 Parcel 66.
