The premises described in the mortgage from Celeste S. Jacobs and Darrell Jacobs dated February 25, 2005 and recorded in the Providence Land Evidence Records at Book 7121, Page 0186, which was thereafter confirmed by a Corrective Mortgage recorded at said Land Evidence Records in Book 9661, Page 172, as affected by Loan Modification Agreements recorded in Said Land Evidence Records in Book 9162, Page 316 and in Book 9901, Page 83, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on June 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in the mortgage, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
