Poldor dated May 19, 2023 and recorded in the Providence Land Evidence Records at Book 13879, Page 165, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on June 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in the mortgage, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
The property will be auctioned subject to three prior mortgages recorded in said Land Evidence Records in Book 8733, Page 181, in Book 9191, Page 193 and in Book 12007, Page 26, and a prior Execution recorded in Book 10758, Page 65.
