INVITATION TO BID  Dimeo Construction Company has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of The URI Bay Campus Phase 2 Projects and is soliciting bids to award. This is a public bid process, and bids are required to be submitted on the set due date and prior to the deadline time. The following Trades are currently being bid: 03a Concrete Ocean Engineering Building  The bid package will be available May 11, 2026. The scope will begin in September of 2026. Please refer to the schedule in the bid documents. The bid due date is currently set for June 8, 2026.
