CITY OF PLAINFIELD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR LEAD ABATEMENT AND LEAD REMEDIATION CONTRACTOR SERVICES   Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Plainfield will receive Proposals and Qualifications for Lead Abatement and Lead Remediation Contractor Services. Proposals must be received before 11:00 AM prevailing time on Friday, June 5th, 2026, at the City of Plainfield, City Hall, 515 Watchung Ave., Plainfield, New Jersey 07060.   Proposals are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-51, and the Municipal Code of the City of Plainfield, Chapter 2, Article 10, Sections 19, 20, 21, and 22 (Ordinance MC 2011-11). Copies of the specifications may be obtained by email request to cynthia.blake@plainfieldnj.gov beginning on Thursday, May 14th, 2026, between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. All questions regarding the RFP and Qualifications must be made in writing and emailed to cynthia.blake@plainfieldnj.gov. All information requested in the Proposal and Qualification package must be provided, or the submitted proposal may be disqualified. Submissions should be sealed and clearly marked outside the envelope to read “Lead Abatement and Lead Remediation Contractor Services' and mailed to: City of Plainfield, Attn: Cynthia Blake, QPA, Office of the City Clerk, 515 Watchung Avenue, Plainfield, NJ 07060. Respondents are required to submit one (1) Original, two (2) copies, and one digital (USB) version of their Proposal and Qualifications.
