NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On California American Water’s Urban Water Management Plan California American Water will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026, on the final draft of the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plans for its Ventura District service area. This service area includes half of the city of Thousand Oaks and unincorporated portions of Ventura County. Copies of the plan will be available for public review, and public comment will be accepted.
