You are hereby notified Plaintiff filed the above-styled action on February 23, 2026, seeking an order allowing for a judicial sale of the property known as 40 Altman Circle, Savannah, Georgia 31404 (the “Property”) subject to any prior liens; for an order permitting Plaintiff to appoint Brock & Scott, PLLC (“Brock & Scott”) as the agent who shall advertise and sell the Property on behalf of Plaintiff at public auction to the highest bidder for cash and shall convey title to the purchaser at the sale; with Plaintiff’s agent giving notice of sale, including the time, terms and place of sale and a description of the Property to be sold, and conducting said sale in accordance with Georgia law; for an order and judgment declaring that upon completion of the foreclosure sale of the Property, Defendants are forever barred and foreclosed of any and all equity or right of redemption in the Property; for an order directing that a certified copy of any order granting Plaintiff the relief requested in the Complaint be recorded in the Chatham County, Georgia records and cross-referenced to the Security Deed recorded in Book 355-N, Page 405; and for an order granting Plaintiff such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
You are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Jason Holley, Plaintiff’s attorney, Brock & Scott, PLLC, whose address is 4360 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Suite 310, Atlanta, Georgia 30341, an Answer to the Complaint within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order for Service by Publication, granted on April 29, 2026.
