INVITATION TO BID   Sealed Bids are hereby invited by the Parish of Caddo for   IFB #26-08, Veterinary Pharmaceuticals and Supplies   Complete Documents may be obtained, without charge, from the Purchasing Division, Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101.   Bids shall be submitted on an official proposal form furnished with the bid package. Bids submitted in any other form may be rejected. Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet. Electronic bids for the Parish of Caddo are available for submission at www.bidexpress.com. Bidders that wish to submit electronic bids online will be charged a fee by BidExpress. In addition, bidders shall be required to obtain a digital signature certificate prior to submitting bids online.   The bid shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked as: IFB #26-08, Veterinary Pharmaceuticals and Supplies   Bids will be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Parish of Caddo, Procurement Department, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. No bid shall be received after this date and time.
