You are notified there was filed in the office of the Clerk of the above-named Court, a Petition, copies of which are attached hereto. The Petition was filed on March 31, 2026, and prays for foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien on the property described in this notice and judgment for the unpaid amount of $17,654.01, together with late charges, advances, subsequent installments, and interest which continues to accrue thereon, and costs of this action, including but not limited to title costs and attorney's fees. Plaintiff requests that its lien be foreclosed against the following described property located in Polk County, Iowa:
Unit 8136 in LANCASTER COURT, a Horizontal Property Regime (condominium) located upon Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and Outlot A in LANCASTER COURT, an Official Plat, now included in and forming a part of the City of Urbandale, Polk County, Iowa; together with the undivided fractional ownership interests in the general and limited common elements appurtenant to such unit as set forth in Declaration of Condominium recorded in Book 5843, Page 833, as amended; and with any and all other interests appurtenant to such Unit pursuant to such Horizontal Property Regime, locally known as 8136 Dellwood Drive, Urbandale, Iowa 50322 (the "Property").
The Petition further prays that a special execution issue for the sale of as much of the Property as is necessary to satisfy the judgment and for other relief as the Court deems just and equitable under the premises.
