RE: Block 2307, Lot 1
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 11, 2026 the Planning Board of the City of Paterson adopted a Resolution memorializing its grant of minor subdivision approval, as well as bulk variances, to McDonald's USA, LLC (the "Applicant") in order to subdivide the existing 140,100 sq. ft. retail shopping center into the following two lots: (i) proposed parcel B (the "McDonald's Lot") to consist 23,187 sq. ft. which will contain the McDonald's restaurant only; and (ii) proposed parcel A (the "Remining Lot") to consist of 116,913 sq. ft. which will contain the remaining four retail buildings (the "Project"). The Project is proposed on property located at 186-194 Third Avenue and designated as Block 2307, Lot 1 on the Tax Map of the City of Paterson (the "Property"). The Board granted certain variances, waivers, exceptions and other relief from the applicable ordinances.
A complete copy of the aforesaid Resolution, together with a copy of all supporting materials, are available for public inspection at the City of Paterson Municipal Building.
